URGENT: Scam Alert – Fraudulent Calls Using HFB’s Phone Number
We have received reports of scammers spoofing HFB’s phone number and contacting customers while posing as bank representatives. Please do not provide personal, account, or security information to an unsolicited caller. HFB will NEVER call and ask you to provide account information over the phone.
If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from HFB, hang up immediately and contact the bank directly using a verified phone number. Do not call back using the number provided by the caller.
Scams are becoming increasingly sophisticated and may appear to come from legitimate phone numbers. When in doubt, hang up and call us directly.
Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to HFB immediately.
