HFB offers the New Start Checking account as a valuable opportunity for individuals to rebuild their finances.

• Account officer approval required to open

• Non-interest bearing

• Minimum of $100 required to open

• $10 monthly service charge regardless of balance

• With approval, customer is eligible to move to a different checking account after 1 year if account is active & in good standing

• Eligible for free e-Statement or monthly $5 printed statement

• $10 fee for initial debit card; available after 30 days of account opening with officer approval

• Free online and mobile banking

• Free unlimited ATM transactions at HFB owned ATMs - $3.00 fee for ATMs not owned by HFB
